1. How can I pay for the car rental?
You can pay by two methods, i.e.
– Cash or credit card when issuing the car (payment in cash can be in PLN, EUR, GBP and USD
– Online Payment or bank transfer
2. Is it possible to rent and return the car at night?
Of course, the car is handed over and picked up at night from 21:00 to 6:30. This is an additional 50PLN paid service.
3. Is there an additional fee for the second driver?
We do not charge a fee for a second driver.
4. How much does it cost to rent a child car seat?
Additional equipment such as a cradle, armchair or stand are free.
5. Do I need to return the rented car clean?
Yes, the returned car should be in the condition it was on the day of renting it. It is possible to return a dirty car for an additional fee of 50 PLN – the service includes washing from the outside and vacuuming inside.
6. What is the situation when I give the car not refuelled?
We will fill up the missing amount of fuel for 6 PLN / liter. There is a possibility of buying an additional service “Full tank of fuel” – the purchase of which during the booking releases you from returning the tanked car.
7. Is a deposit charged for renting a car?
The deposit is charged for fuel in the amount of 500PLN / 100GBP / 150EUR. If you have a credit card, we do not charge a deposit.
8. What to do if a rented car breaks down?
In this case, it is your responsibility to immediately inform the Rental about the situation. Contact is possible under the phone number 0048 501085470. Remove the fault under our direction. When the tires are damaged, the Lessee is obliged to repair the defect before returning the vehicle to the Rental Office.
9. What steps should you take in the event of a rental car collision?
If you are involved in an accident or car collision, please inform the Rental about the incident, secure the vehicle so that it will not be further damaged, follow the traffic rules.
The Lessee is obliged to write a road statement, which will contain the details of the accident participant, i.e. Registration number, OC policy number, driver’s details (First name, Last name, Address, ID number, driving license number and contact phone number), both to describe the entire event and notify police.
Each rental car has a traffic incident in the glove compartment.
10. Is it possible to change the car during the rental period?
If the rented car is out of service, it is affected by some fault independent of the user, you have the right to replace it with another car in the same or similar class in Poland. If you cannot change your car, you will receive a refund for the unused period.
11. Is it possible to return the car in another city?
Yes, it is possible to return in another city after agreeing with the rental company and obtaining such consent.
12. What is the issue of traffic fines?
During the rental period, you as a user undertake to pay fees in connection with paid parking lots, fines, towing costs of a rented car that result from breaking traffic rules. If a road traffic offense is committed during the rental period, of which the rental service will be informed by the relevant services, we reserve the right to charge the Renter a handling fee of PLN 50 + VAT for each offense received, even when the information reaches us after the completed rental period.
13. What are the consequences for the Rentee during an accident with a rented car?
When the Lessee contributes to the accident through his fault, the situation looks so that the customer bears the cost of own contribution, the amount of which depends on the class of the rented car.
Class A, B vehicles – PLN 500 + VAT, class C vehicles, D – PLN 1000 + VAT, class vehicles (E, Crossover, SUV and Premium) – PLN 2000 + VAT.
It is possible to cancel the own contribution by purchasing additional Insurance, the amount of which also depends on the class of the vehicle, the costs of which are as follows:
For class A and B vehicles – PLN 25 / day, for class C vehicles, D – PLN 30 / day, for class E vehicles, Crossover, SUV – PLN 40 / day and for PREMIUM class cars – PLN 50 / day.
If the accident is not caused by the Lessee, he shall not bear any costs.
